Aadi Pooram, also known as Andal Jayanti, is a Hindu festival celebrated in the Tamil month of Aadi (July-August). It commemorates the birth of Goddess Andal, a renowned Alvar saint, and an incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi. The festival is celebrated under the Pooram star and is considered auspicious for seeking blessings, embarking on new ventures, and remembering ancestors
