Pradosham is a Hindu observance that falls on the 13th day of every fortnight in the Hindu calendar, bi-monthly. It’s an auspicious 3-hour period, 1.5 hours before and after sunset, and is closely connected to the worship of Shiva. There are two Pradoshams in a month, one during the waxing moon (Krishna Paksha) and the other during the waning moon (Shukla Paksha).
