Due to the lunar eclipse occurrence on Tuesday 3 March 2026 the Melbourne Murugan Temple will be closed early at 7:30pm on this day, and will be reopened at 8.00am on Wednesday 4 March 2026.
The evening regular and Mandalabhisheka special Poojas will be brought forward by 30 minutes to conclude the Poojas in time to allow for the early closure.
On this day, the Temple will be opened from 8am till 12.noon and 4.30pm to 7.30pm.
