Devotees offer prayers and participate in special rituals seeking blessings, protection, and relief from the adverse effects traditionally associated with Saturn.\n\n\n\nIn 2026, there are five Saturdays during the Tamil month of Purattasi. Special Homam, Abishakam and Poojas will be performed for Lord Shani and the other Navagrahas on these Saturdays.\n\n\n\n🌺 First Purattasi Shani\n\n\n\nDate: Saturday, 19 September 2026\n\n\n\n9:30 AM onwards🔥 Homam and Abishakam for Lord Shani and the other Navagrahas\n\n\n\n11:00 AM onwards🙏 Special Poojas for Lord Shani and the other Navagrahas\n\n\n\n🍚 Annathanam will be served following the Poojas.\n\n\n\n🥛 Milk Offering for Abishakam\n\n\n\nDevotees wishing to offer milk for the Abishakam of Lord Shani will be able to purchase a pot of milk at the Temple during the Abishakam.\n\n\n\nAll devotees are warmly invited to participate in the special Homam, Abishakam and Poojas and receive the blessings of Lord Shani and the Navagrahas.\n\n\n\nMay all beings everywhere be happy. 🙏\n
